PubMed - Basic

This class teaches how to use PubMed, the National Library of Medicine's search service, which provides access to the 20 million citations in MEDLINE and Pre-MEDLINE (with links to participating on-line journals), and other related databases. How to se arch subject headings, keywords, and authors use limitations and search for clinical queries will be covered.

Allen Brain Atlas

Allen Brain Atlas is a growing collection of online public resources integrating extensive gene expression and neuroanatomical data, complete with a suite of search and viewing tools. Images and gene expression data are available for the mouse brain and spinal cord, and human and non-human primate brains. Excellent video tutorials for use of the atlases and the Brain Explorer® 3-D Viewer are provided.
