The TMC Library will host the lecture Reducing Stress Through Meditation. The lecture will be presented by Mr. William Smith on Wednesday, April 24, 2013 at noon in the library’s Street Level Conference room.
Mr. William Smith, retired Army Lt. Colonel, will discuss the extraordinary effect of meditation to reduce stress-related responses, improve concentration and enhance clarity of thought and mental equilibrium. He will also present a meditation technique that can enrich one’s life personally and professionally.
